Parents and Friends Association
Currently we have a very active and hardworking P&F who are very generous with their time and energy. All parents are invited to attend our monthly meetings, which are held on the first Monday of the month at 7:30pm in the Staffroom.
The P&F Association exists to support the school in the following ways:
- Provide a meeting ground for parents and friends
- Provide an educational forum for parents
- Provide the opportunity for the Principal to report on the school activities
- Organise social activities for the parent body
- Conduct fund raising
Our major fundraising events that occur throughout the year include:
- Major Raffle
- Mother's Day Stall
- Father's Day Stall
- Student discos held twice each year
- Parent functions e.g. trivia night
Book Club Loop System
The Book Club Loop System offers an online parent login ordering and payment process.
This year will be the last year that students will be able to pay cash for their book club orders. In 2019 we will be moving to the LOOP system to pay for and complete orders. It is an easy way to do your order online or through an app that you can download for either an android or an apple device. By using the LOOP system you can keep track of what you have ordered, order at a time that is convenient to you and use your credit card rather than having to make payment with cash.

If you have not registered please click on register under the login box. When you are asked for the school for your child please enter - St Josephs School (there is no apostrophe at the end of Josephs). You can also access this system by downloading the app.
